Join our team as an Associate HR Business Partner
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner of the Media area, supporting them in managing Talent related topics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Senior HRBP of the area on HR projects and activities.
- Managing and providing employee relations support on various HR topics.
- Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team on candidate fit and assessment.
- Partnering with business managers in various employees life cycle events.
- Collaborating closely with the People & Culture Team to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and ensure they are integrated in program offerings and workforce decisions.
- Conducting Exit Interview meetings, tracking/summarizing meeting information, identifying trends and escalating concerning patterns.
- Managing the Onboarding process.
As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will be a critical member of the HR team, supporting the development and implementation of the Groupe People Excellence strategy in the Country.
You will contribute to defining and implementing the Groupe People Excellence strategy and practices, driving greater organizational performance and effectiveness, supporting the career development of our talent, and working with the management to spread the Group values and enhance an inclusive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year as Junior HR Business Partner in complex and dynamic environments in the world of services.
- Experience in guiding employees and managers in career planning and performance management.
- Experience in advising employees on HR topics.
- Strong foundations in labour law, HR operations and processes.
- Proven expertise in exercising tact and diplomacy in managing senior stakeholders and employees.
- Fluent in English.
