Job Summary:

NHOA Energy is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our engineering department and contribute to the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering and design activities for the delivery of turn-key Battery Energy Storage Systems.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for project partners' technical teams, NHOA project team, and other project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources from NHOA's Design Engineering team to support the preparation of technical deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
  • Manage positive relationships with project partners' technical teams, NHOA project team, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with NHOA Project Engineering based on key geographies (US, Australia, Taiwan).
  • Manage and coordinate engineering activities.
  • Submit all engineering-related contract deliverables.
  • Ensure fit-for-purpose procurement of all project battery storage equipment.
  • Prepare FAT procedures and attend to FAT in Suppliers/NHOA premises.
  • Support Project Engineer and project partner(s) in all relevant commissioning activities.
  • Participate in hot commissioning activities and SAT on-site.
  • Ensure all warranties and guarantees are appropriate and achieved.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
