The Role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Pioltello, Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and integrate production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvement action plans to drive business growth.
  • Analyze and follow up on industrial investments to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with R&D to innovate and develop new products and processes.
  • Manage special projects such as Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and functions.
  • Excellent communication and language skills.
  • Technical knowledge of generic tools and machine operations is a plus.
