We are a research centre at Università Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore, focusing on crime analysis and prevention.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to support our team in various projects related to crime trends and socio-economic dynamics. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of structured and unstructured information from various sources
- Supporting the training of experts and stakeholders in the crime analysis field
- Assisting in the administration of research projects, including relationships with partners and funding agencies
- Drafting research proposals and reports

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Good knowledge of quantitative methods, including inferential analysis and data analytics
- Strong understanding of qualitative methods, including case study analysis and survey design
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Interest in the analysis of crime trends and the interplay between crime and socio-economic dynamics

**Preferred Requirements**

- Proficiency in Python, R, STATA, SPSS, or other data analysis software
- Previous knowledge of crime analysis/crime trends
- Previous experience in drafting research reports and publications
- Ability with public relations and communication
