What You'll Do
- Monitoring of Collections and Payments flow into system
- Provide instructions/request information to/from Correspondent Bank (e.g.: search on non-settled boletos/monitoring of boletos sent to Notary/Payments made using checks)
- Analysis of supporting documentation sent by Client
- Monitoring of available funds prior to settlement
- Incident Reporting & Escalation
- Support to Cash Sales & Product
Skills You'll Need
- Relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Previous experience in operational of cash management
- Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal)
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving
- Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
- Able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
