About the Role:

The Director of Finance plays a critical role in driving the financial success of our hotel and resort operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, and developing and implementing financial plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and ownership
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in a related finance role
  • Four years of experience as a hotel or resort Director of Finance preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
