The Meat Clerk position at Festival Foods is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our Meat Department team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist guests with finding items on or off the sales floor
- Process orders and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Meat Department
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive store culture
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ensure high-quality standards are met, including quantity expectations
- Regular attendance and adherence to work schedule
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
