Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the learning and development needs of frontline employees and identify competency gaps.
- Contribute to the development of learning initiatives and training activities that address identified needs and gaps.
- Design and deliver training programs that incorporate innovative and effective learning approaches and methodologies.
- Project manage all L&D initiatives from needs analysis to impact measurement.
- Monitor and track L&D activities and related documentation in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
- Travel occasionally for company trainings, typically every three months.
- A degree in humanities or business.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- At least 4 years of experience in an L&D role within a multinational environment or as a facilitator/trainer in a consultancy agency.
- Experience in delivering trainings is considered a plus.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, approaches, and methodologies.
- Ability to assess employees' development needs and competency gaps.
- Experience in designing and implementing learning processes, activities, and programs.
- Proven capabilities in building and maintaining positive and trustful relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Role model of accountability, growth mindset, and change maker.
- Team player with strong interest and aptitude for developing into a key business partner.
