**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Chief Digital Transformation Manager B2C - Yachting Luxury to join our team in Venice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a digital platform that will revolutionize the way we interact with our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, defining milestones and delivery plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify functional analysis requirements for digital platform development
  • Ensure data structure stability and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Implement vulnerability management programs and recovery plans
  • Coordinate with external development teams to ensure robust programming and project management
  • Manage testing and delivery phases, providing training to local teams
  • Provide help desk support to our network of branches and customers
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to enhance customer experience

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of digital infrastructure and cybersecurity
  • Previous experience in implementing B2C digital applications
  • Availability for travel within Italy and abroad
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong results-oriented mindset
