The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Campervan Operations Manager in Venice, Italy. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, managing our fleet of campervans, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our depot, including vehicle check-ins and check-outs, team coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team to ensure they're equipped to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Take ownership of fleet maintenance, logistics, and inventory management to ensure our campervans are always in top condition.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and cleaning services to ensure our depot runs smoothly.
  • Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise.
  • Assist in reselling campervans and preparing them for prospective buyers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a team management or supervisory role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a campervan.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
