The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Campervan Operations Manager in Venice, Italy. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming reservations, coordinate vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and oversee team activities;
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are in top condition;
  • Control workforce planning, manage inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  • Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
  • Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
  • Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory);
  • Eligibility to work in Italy, valid driver's license, and confidence to drive a campervan;
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Responsibility and a strong work ethic.
