The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campervan Operations Manager in Venice - Marcon. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and overseeing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservations, coordinate vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and oversee team activities;
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team to ensure seamless operations;
  • Maintain the fleet, logistics, and inventory to guarantee top-notch campervan condition;
  • Control workforce planning, manage local suppliers, and ensure cleaning services meet our standards;
  • Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues to maintain smooth operations;
  • Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showcasing them to prospective buyers.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
  • You're fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);
  • You're eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
