Job Title: Process Method Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Method Engineer to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes for new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and validate manufacturing processes for new products
  • Develop and maintain industrial documentation, including industrial master data and manufacturing method time
  • Drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes
  • Participate in product design reviews and validation of prototypes
  • Request and write tooling specifications, perform ERP routings, and ensure good EHS and ergonomic conditions
  • Validate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI, and calculate precise method time
  • Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes and support production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets
Requirements:
  • Technical education with electrical skills
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry
  • Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, and line balancing
  • Experience working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
  • Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
  • Familiar with IS common tools and Process FMEA, QRQC
