Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Ahlstrom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, managing quality activities, and ensuring an optimal fit of our value proposition to customers' technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, collaborating with Sales and Marketing functions to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Quality Management: Manage relations with customers' product development and technical organizations, ensuring compliance with all internal QHSE standards.
- Claim Management: Support claim management and improvement plans in the mills, working closely with the quality team.
- Collaboration: Cooperate with Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure proper management of projects, processes, and tools development and implementation.
- HSE Procedures: Ensure respect of HSE procedures and actively contribute to their continuous improvement.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, paper/textile technology, or equivalent, as well as at least 3 years of experience in managing quality and/or technical customer service processes. You should also possess strong problem-solving and quality methodology skills, fluency in Italian and English, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
