Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity to work with our qualified employees within a stable and dynamic working environment that values ethics above anything else. As a Corteva Intern, you will get EMEA regional exposure and interact with other interns in the region.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Support the Seed Supply Chain team in Italy by assisting in updating and monitoring the production request in alignment with Sales needs, identifying delays.
  • Assist in monitoring the supply allocation at bi-weekly level.
  • Track the overall production progress against production plan by phase.
  • Logistics and inventory management: assist in tracking intercompany shipments and last mile deliveries, help to identify delays.
  • Documentation and Reporting: prepare reports related to production and logistics activities, assist in data analysis and the preparation of key supply chain metrics.
  • Communication and Collaboration: work closely with internal departments such as supply chain, production, quality supply, and logistics, work closely with internal customers such as Sales and Marketing, participate in meetings with focus on work progress and results of the Italian market.
Requirements
  • Owning or currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Interest in agriculture and supply chain management.
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance and inventory management including ERP (e.g. SAP) is of advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
