Job Title: Project Engineer

Teva, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Caronno Pertusella, Italy. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Maintenance/Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define user requirements and translate them into project documents, including P&ID, Lay-out, Data Sheet, and Mechanical and electro-instrumental Work requisitions.
  • Align offers from a technical perspective and arrange them financially to facilitate commercial negotiations with the Purchasing department.
  • Define and control project GANTT, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Guarantee full compliance with Safety and Quality standards in collaboration with the HSE and QA departments.
  • Maintain continuous communication flow and proper updates towards all site functions involved in projects.
  • Deal with suppliers to coordinate design and field activities.
  • Coordinate start-up and qualification activities of new systems and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills with a cross-functional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a complex and variable environment.
  • Customer-focused and self-driven.
  • Good attitude to planning and prioritization in alignment with business and customer needs.
  • 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer in a relevant industrial production environment.
