About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school certification in a technical discipline (electrical, electronic, automation diploma preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role or equivalent in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams, PLC, and PES/PEI.
  • Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management and GxP Regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of English (desirable).
