Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities for GmP/non-GmP equipment/systems of Pisa site.
  • Perform maintenance activities, accordingly to EHS and GMP rules, in order to maintain Pisa Site equipment/system in perfect condition.
  • Document maintenance activities accordingly to Site Regulations.
  • Ensure good communication with colleagues, from other functions or internal function, for reporting on technical issues.
  • Guarantee correct reporting in order to making correct time delivery of spare parts for equipment and system on Pisa Site.
  • Drive forklift to move necessary materials in the plant.
  • Guarantee correct reporting and interface with supplier for trouble shooting and maintenance services organization.
  • Carry out maintenance of the workshop environments and tools.
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation correctly archived.
Requirements
  • High school certification in technical discipline (preferred electrical, electronic, automation diploma).
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in this role or equivalent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry, is a plus.
  • Able to read electrical diagrams, PLC basic knowledge, PES/PEI.
  • Analytical skills with systematic approaches to problem solving.
  • Familiar with Quality Management and GxP Regulations.
  • English basic knowledge is a plus.
