Job Title: Maintenance Technician

At Takeda Pharmaceutical, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pisa, Italy. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems, adhering to GMP and EHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities for GmP/non-GmP equipment/systems of Pisa site
  • Perform maintenance activities, accordingly to EHS and GMP rules, in order to maintain Pisa Site equipment/system in perfect condition
  • Document maintenance activities accordingly to Site Regulations
  • Ensure good communication with colleagues, from other functions or internal function, for reporting on technical issues
  • Guarantee correct reporting in order to making correct time delivery of spare parts for equipment and system on Pisa Site
  • Drives the forklift to move necessary materials in the plant
  • Guarantee correct reporting and interface with supplier for trouble shooting and maintenance services organization
  • Carry out maintenance of the workshop environments and tools
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation correctly archived
Requirements:
  • High school certification in technical discipline (preferred electrical, electronic, automation diploma)
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in this role or equivalent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry, is a plus
  • Able to read electrical diagrams, PLC basic knowledge, PES/PEI
  • Analytical skills with systematic approaches to problem solving
  • Familiar with Quality Management and GxP Regulations
  • English basic knowledge is a plus
