About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities for GMP/non-GMP equipment/systems.
  • Perform maintenance activities in accordance with EHS and GMP rules to maintain equipment/systems in perfect condition.
  • Document maintenance activities in accordance with site regulations.
  • Ensure good communication with colleagues for reporting on technical issues.
  • Guarantee correct reporting for timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Drive forklifts to move necessary materials and guarantee correct reporting and interface with suppliers.
Technical Expertise
  • Execute corrective and emergency interventions with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Provide support for critical spare parts analysis and preventive maintenance planning.
  • Ensure adherence to GMPs and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, EHS rules, and authority regulations.
  • Manifest previous experience in industrial maintenance.
Leadership
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to propose alternative and innovative solutions.
  • Seek feedback from others to strengthen skills and behavior.
Decision-making and Autonomy
  • Share and evaluate critical choices/decisions with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Interaction
  • Interact with the maintenance team for problem-solving.
  • Maintain contact with all plant functions.
Innovation
  • Contribute to the identification of improvements to systems and their management.
Complexity
  • High school certification in a technical discipline (preferred electrical, electronic, automation diploma).
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in this role or equivalent within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
  • Able to read electrical diagrams, PLC basic knowledge, PES/PEI.
  • Analytical skills with systematic approaches to problem-solving.
  • Familiar with Quality Management and GxP Regulations.
  • English basic knowledge is a plus.
