Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Leadership Role in Italy to lead our new Italian branch. As part of our expansion, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our Italian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing Italian customers and expand sales further
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the Italian market
  • Oversee the setup of our Italian entity, including legal, financial, and operational aspects
  • Build and manage a high-performing local team
  • Ensure adherence to Italian regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within technical, industrial, or valve-related industries
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian market, particularly in B2B sales and distribution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from the ground up
  • Fluent in Italian and English
