About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing strategic plans for our international teams, including financial planning and forecasting. They will work closely with global business teams, legal, tech, and operations teams to drive our leadership mechanisms, oversee the definition and reporting of our top metrics and goals, and implement strategic projects such as global site strategy, regulatory engagement, and customer trust roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic planning for international teams
  • Partner with global business, legal, tech, and operations teams to drive leadership mechanisms
  • Ideate and implement strategic projects
  • Guide internal stakeholders in assessing and managing emerging regional risks

This role involves travel (10-20% of the time) within Europe and occasional trips to international locations.
