Our team of over 400 digital experts, comprising digital consultants, tracking and media specialists, engineers, and data scientists, work in close collaboration to provide senior-level marketing consultancy and technical support to our clients across various industries worldwide.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics Consultant to join our consulting team based in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering data-led projects to multiple clients, driving client objectives related to data collection, customer acquisition, onsite conversion optimization, media-mix optimization, and digital business consulting.

You will contribute to promoting a customer-centric vision of digital marketing, leveraging the systematic and methodical use of data to support decision-making. You will work across multiple industries, including luxury, FMCG, sport, and beauty, and will report to a Local Executive Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects related to monitoring client digital activity based on key performance indicators (reporting), onsite conversion optimization through data analysis and web testing, online media buy optimization, and CRM.
  • Analyze data and structure relevant information for the client's benefit, consistent with business indicators specific to their industry.
  • Develop a sharp operational expertise on both conversion and online media-buy topics.
  • Meet clients' needs and ensure the quality of all deliverables.
  • Occasional travel possible, within Italy or abroad (including Paris).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, consulting firms, marketing, or business intelligence software, or media agencies.
  • Working experience with web analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the main online acquisition channels: SEO, SEM, and bid management, display and programmatic, affiliates, email, and social media.
