Job Title: Area Site Manager Electrical

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Site Manager Electrical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the electrical system and instrumentation erection, in accordance with the contractual time schedule, design, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the installation of the electrical system and instrumentation
  • Verify that the erection company is carrying out the job according to the time schedule, design, and technical requirements
  • Check the planning of resources of the erection company
  • Interface with the engineering departments for the resolution of any issues that may arise during execution of works
  • Check and sign erection completion documents
  • Coordinate management of vendors and contractors
  • Attend meetings with the customer on the progress of the works and provide advisory assistance for the resolution of any technical issues
  • Prepare daily reports to the general site manager on progress, technical issues, safety issues, and organizational issues
  • Prepare erection protocols and as-built documentation
  • Provide technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases
Requirements
  • Leadership skills to coordinate, manage, and control electrical/instrumentation erection activities in industrial plants
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the construction of steel processing plants
  • Knowledge in site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
  • Open-mindedness towards new approaches and innovations
