About the Role: TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our VMware by Broadcom portfolio. The ideal candidate will translate VMware's growth plans into strategic segments and execute business unit strategies to increase profitable market share.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Optimise results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a solid customer engagement strategy and create customer unique selling propositions.
  • Develop tailored customer value propositions.
  • Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS.
  • Ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
  • Enable and help sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.

Requirements:



  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  • Good level of knowledge of data center and Software Enterprise.
  • Good emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
  • Strategic planning and business case development.
