  • Maintain OSHA 300 Logs and 300A postings, and assist with the ordering of safety glasses.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day HR activities and functions.
  • Facilitate maintenance of accurate and complete personnel records.
  • Conduct investigations and work with plant managers and supervisors to ensure appropriate outcomes.
  • Complete employment verifications, termination paperwork, and maintain records for length of service awards.
  • Coordinate quarterly 401k on-site visits, employee lunches, and other employee relations events.
