Position Overview

Pixartprinting is seeking a skilled and driven individual to contribute significantly to the development and implementation of our product and merchandising strategy for a new market initiative. This role involves actively participating in the launch and growth of a new market, embracing challenges, and pursuing opportunities for professional advancement. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and thriving within our dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the merchandising strategy for a new market initiative.
  • Coordinate activities related to the definition and creation of the product catalog (including product development and merchandising implementation).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute merchandising strategies for designated categories, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the market landscape, including industry benchmarks and competitor activities. Continuously assess and analyze competitor strategies to stay informed about market trends.
  • Examine sales data at both category and product levels, comparing against budget targets to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work alongside the digital marketing team to establish the advertising strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the capability to manage tasks within set timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various corporate functions.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt approaches to meet business requirements.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a foundational understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce principles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior experience in a corporate setting, particularly in digital marketing, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the graphic arts sector and printing materials and technologies is a plus.
