Project Manager and Investment Controller

Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Investment Controller to support the strategic project portfolio and investments of our company.
Key duties include:
- Providing commercial support for the strategic project portfolio and investments
- Controlling and steering of ongoing projects, including target/actual comparisons and deviation analyses
- Defining, developing, and maintaining project KPIs and dashboards
- Setting up project management standards and processes, including investment proposals, monthly, and annual reporting
- Developing and implementing project management tools to support cross-functional project teams
- Training and coaching colleagues from Finance, Operations, and Staff Units
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, focused on Controlling. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in project and investment controlling, preferably in a project-based multi-business unit environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with German being a desirable but not essential skill.
