About the Role:

The Process Improvement Leader will be a key resource in the Operation & Process Office at Prysmian Group, supporting Business Operation End to End by developing and implementing process improvements, leveraging and developing process, tools, and standards to lead operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement major process improvement ideas throughout the entire business unit, serving as a change agent.
  • Focus on improving and developing processes to enhance project execution, analyzing data to evaluate current business practices and provide improvement, synergy, and efficiency, including cost analysis.
  • Develop and support software implementation and improvement of relevant processes.

What You Will Enjoy Doing:

  • Analyze and improve project execution processes and related KPIs.
  • Conduct data analysis to support process improvement or scenario/cost analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and workflows to monitor KPIs.
  • Regularly update Process Cards and Handbooks.
  • Support audits at project/portfolio levels.
  • Audit the organization to review process application.
  • Train new employees on processes, organization, and tools.
  • Lead and support Lesson Learned and Corrective Action.

Soft Skills:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, change management, and cost reduction plans in international organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management or relevant field.
  • Certification in Six Sigma or similar.
  • PMI, IPMA, or other PM certification is a plus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS packages Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power app.
  • Skills in planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera are a plus.
