Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all assigned projects/contracts, from the arrival of the order to the complete fulfillment of the supply and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Apply and observe project management office operating procedures and ensure that they are observed in day-by-day processes.
  • Contract Analysis: Perform detailed contract analysis to verify that all necessary and mandated requirements are present and complete for system entry and booking entry.
  • Discrepancy Identification: Identify and highlight discrepancies and/or deficiencies that do not allow the contract to be processed.
  • Order Entry: Oversee (execute if necessary) the entry of the order into the system and then the creation of internal order/internal project.
  • Contract Review Meeting: Oversee and is responsible for preparing the Contract Review Meeting and verifying the completeness of information made available by Sales for said meeting.
  • Suspension Management: Oversee the constant recording and updating of all suspensions with the customer or the various functions until complete resolution in accordance with the established schedule.
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee the constant monitoring of parameters and intermediate objectives of the project.
  • Project Control: Perform project control together with involved functions.
  • Penalty Monitoring: Perform constant monitoring of possible penalties applicable to all managed projects/contracts with timely calculation and oversee proper monthly data recording.
  • Client Communication: After consultation with the Project Management Manager, visits clients and attends meetings called by the client and/or convenes meetings.
  • Contract Change Requests: Analyzing contract change requests from the customer.
  • Change Request Verification: Receiving notice of necessary change from the business function involved, verifying the impact against project requirements.
  • Billing Scheduling: Schedules billing according to payment terms of each contract, oversees the entry of the schedule into the system, oversees the monitoring of the realization of conditions to authorize Finance to bill, performs discrepancy checking against the initial schedule, checks with the customer, or with the functions in charge of realizing the payment milestone, possible remedial actions and proceeds to re-scheduling, having it reviewed in the system.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the management of documentation for client approval.
  • Document Controller Coordination: Coordinates the operational activities of the Document Controller of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in managing direct relationships with customers and solving problems.
  • Cultural Competence: Experience in multinational contexts.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Previous experience as Project Manager / Project Engineer, for knowledge of the project management process in its entirety and complexity, including the management of relationships with customers and stakeholders typical of the development of a project.
  • Language Skills: Italian and English fluent.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Good Problem Solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
