La divisione specializzata in Sales & Marketing di Manpower Professional, società di Head Hunting del Gruppo Manpower, per azienda specializzata nella vendita di soluzioni per il settore industriale, ricerca:

SEGRETARIO/A COMMERCIALE CON LINGUA TEDESCA

Attività in capo alla figura:

  • Supporto all'attività commerciale: preparazione e traduzione di offerte, gestione degli ordini, aggiornamento e monitoraggio del database clienti
  • Gestione della documentazione commerciale
  • Supporto attivo ai clienti nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche
  • Traduzione di documenti commerciali dal/verso il tedesco
  • Interfaccia con i clienti e fornitori di lingua tedesca, garantendo un elevato livello di servizio e di professionalità

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo similare, preferibilmente con necessità di interfaccia con clienti o fornitori esteri
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca scritta e parlata
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
  • Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione delle attività
  • Buone doti relazionali e comunicative
  • Flessibilità e capacità di gestire il tempo e le attività da svolgere

Sede di lavoro: Milano.

Si offre: inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato, inquadramento e retribuzione saranno definiti in base all'esperienza e alla seniority maturate dalla risorsa inserita.
