Conflux è una società di servizi che lavora con importanti clienti nel settore dei servizi, moda, automotive e finanza. Stiamo cercando un Ricercatore UX/UI per la nostra sede di Roma.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Lavorare su progetti di User Experience e User Interface;
  • Collaborare con il team tecnico per la progettazione e lo sviluppo di interfacce e architettura dell'informazione;
  • Conoscere e utilizzare strumenti di analisi dei dati e di testing;
  • Partecipare a meeting e riunioni con il team di lavoro;
  • Comunicare con i clienti e il team di marketing;
Requisiti
  • Esperienza come Ricercatore UX/UI;
  • Conoscenza dei metodi di ricerca della User Experience e della User Interface;
  • Conoscenza di base di Data Analysis e A/B Testing;
  • Conoscenza delle basi dell'Architettura dell'Informazione;
  • Conoscenza dei concetti di Personas, Customer Journey e Blueprint;
  • Conoscenza e utilizzo di strumenti di UX/UI Research;
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
  • Ottime doti comunicative;
