**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Markets Analyst to join our Cross Asset Solutions Sales Team in Italy. As an analyst, you will work alongside experienced colleagues operating on structured products and solutions to be distributed through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study and analyze core business products, client typology, and work side by side with colleagues in Milan, London, and Paris.
- Gain experience in working on various aspects of the Sales side, including direct client contacts, learning new skills in working with internal/external clients, taking responsibility for tasks, and being part of a successful sales team.
- Typical tasks and day-to-day responsibilities include helping senior sales in daily interactions with institutional clients on primary market activity related to issuance of structured products, pricing structured products and derivatives exotic solutions, and strong link with marketing and Global Research teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economic or Finance.
- Previous experience in Financial Markets, preferably in structured products.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1) and proficient in Italian.
- Good command of MS Office and communication/presentation skills.
Benefits and Salary:** As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, acquire proper skills, and improve analysis skills, marketing knowledge, and process management.
