YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is the world leader in online luxury and fashion, comprising a complete luxury retail ecosystem. Our Online Flagship Stores Division partners with leading luxury brands to power their e-commerce destinations.

We have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services, and PR and Communications. Our Corporate division is now seeking a talented Cost Accountant to join the Luxury Cost Accountant Team within the wider F&A Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cost Accountant team in managing warehouse accounting, especially related to the Documental flow in Accounting System (Navision).
  • Manage Supplier invoices and Credit Memos, including 3w-m, Payment Authorization, Vendor Master Data Creation, RTV, and Evaluation Stock by warehouse accounting Load.
  • Support the Luxury Cost Accountant Supervisor in managing relationships with other areas, particularly with Operation, Buying & Merchandising.
  • Manage internal and external reporting, and support the team in monthly closing activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or University degree in Economics.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Reliability, accuracy, flexibility, and discretion.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Motivation in an administrative role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Knowledge of Navision and SQL will be considered a plus.
