**Job Overview**

**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in helping patients achieve and maintain continuity of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary focus of care and develop individualized plans.
  • Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing nursing, in accordance with patient plans and in coordination with other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with agency personnel, ordering physicians, and patients to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and data sets.
  • Directly or indirectly supervise care provided by home health aides and licensed practical vocational nurses, providing instruction and assigning tasks as necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Current RN licensure in Florida.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
