As an IT Consultant, you will be involved in the concept definition for complex solutions in the field of technological infrastructure (telecommunications networks, alarms, building automation), including interaction with business lines to identify needs and compare with suppliers.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Autonomous and responsible management of documents related to the network and equipment of your competence
  • Monitoring and support during the rollout of new systems or hardware devices in retail outlets
  • Active participation in vendor selection and vendor management processes for technology partners
  • Management of contracts related to connectivity and network infrastructure
  • Regular travel to already opened and soon to be opened branches
  • Autonomous management of national IT projects, from planning to release, aligning IT infrastructure with business requirements and objectives
  • Management and coordination of assignments within the framework of international IT projects
Requirements

We are looking for a person who thinks outside the box and offers innovative solutions. You work well in a team and are also able to manage your projects independently. Other requirements? Here's what we're looking for in our IT Consultant:

  • Degree in IT (telecommunications engineering, computer science, electronics and systems engineering, computer science) or diploma in Technical Technician with work experience
  • Essential knowledge of the English language
  • Technical knowledge of information systems and telecommunications infrastructure (SD-WAN, firewalls, local area networks, active components of a local network, IP address management and LAN routing)
  • Competence in managing information systems (parameterization and configuration, application release, EDI mechanisms...)
  • Ability to take responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring reliability and respect for deadlines
  • Ability to identify user needs and translate them into business requirements
  • Work experience in an international context (preferable)
  • Possession of ITIL/Prince2 certifications (preferable)
