Assistente Project Manager di Cantiere

La nostra azienda, ManpowerGroup, cerca un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Assistente Project Manager di Cantiere. La figura dovrà lavorare in collaborazione con il Project Manager per garantire l'efficace gestione del cantiere.
Compiti e Responsabilità- Creare reportistiche periodiche per migliorare l'accuratezza delle stime e verificare i costi;
- Contribuire al controllo delle attività di cantiere, in termini di tempi, costi e budget economico e qualità delle opere;
- Affiancare il Project Manager nella redazione e nel controllo del budget definito a preventivo e contribuire alla gestione degli scostamenti a consuntivo;
- Effettuare analisi prezzi, valutare i costi indiretti, identificare e quantificare gli oneri, rischi e vincoli dei progetti;
- Contribuire alla gestione delle attività tecnico-amministrative di cantiere, elaborando gli atti amministrativi e i documenti contabili.
- Titolo di Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Edile/Civile o diploma tecnico;
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in cantieri medio-grandi;
- Buona conoscenza dei metodi di gestione del budget;
- Competenze tecnico-amministrative di base riguardanti la conduzione del cantiere in maniera coerente con il programma lavori;
- Disponibilità a lunghe trasferte Italia e Mondo;
- Ottima conoscenza della Lingua Inglese scritta e parlata.
