At OutSystems, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to support our Compliance Operating Model. This is a remote opportunity with a fixed-term contract.

We require someone with 5+ years of experience in managing compliance-related programs, ideally with a focus on security certifications and regulatory obligations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of software development processes, and proficiency in risk management.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Security Office, Legal, Product Architecture, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure the successful management and delivery of initiatives. They will navigate complex requirements, mitigate risks, and drive alignment across stakeholders to meet certification requirements, keep our product secure, and align with regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Program Management: Developing program plans, managing milestones, establishing clear timelines and ownership for all activities, and mitigating program risks (ROAM).
  • Servicing Leaders and Stakeholders: Providing clear, data-driven program updates to stakeholders, executives, and teams to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Compliance Operating Model: Assisting in creating a comprehensive list of controls, supporting the Product Architecture team in defining the architecture strategy, and collaborating with the Security Office to define the audit calendar.

Main requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager with a focus on compliance, legal, or security certifications.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, including software architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Experience working with compliance frameworks, security certifications, and regulatory obligations.
  • Risk Management: Proficient in risk management, and experienced in handling complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with industry-standard project/program management tools and practices.

This role offers an estimated salary range of €65,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and performance. If you're a driven individual with a passion for compliance and technical program management, we encourage you to apply.
