As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, managing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing computer networks, workstations, and server systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and manage computer networks, workstations, and server systems
  • Train and instruct users on the proper use and security of all systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair technical problems related to computer hardware, software, LAN, WAN, and internet
  • Provide network communications support and technical guidance
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements
  • Consult with others to assess and resolve computing needs and system requirements
  • Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment and systems
  • Plan and coordinate information technology-related equipment installations, moves, additions, and changes
  • Plan and implement network security measures
  • Provide end-user support for all applications
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices

Requirements:

  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
