We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales forecasts for new models and SKUs launched by our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for new models and SKUs
  • Analyze historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine forecasts
  • Coordinate with local demand planning teams on data validation
  • Develop and maintain reporting and monitoring tools
  • Redesign processes to improve efficiency and results

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting and supply chain principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
