Siamo alla ricerca di un Junior Specialist in Compliance da inserire nel nostro team di Compliance, funzione trasversale per Banca Ifis e le sue Società.

Descrizione del Ruolo

Ricoprendo questo ruolo avrai l'opportunità di essere coinvolto con livelli di responsabilità crescenti nello svolgimento delle attività riguardanti la consulenza operativa alle strutture nonché lo svolgimento di verifiche di conformità sui processi e sui documenti prodotti dalla Business Unit della Banca.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Analizzare la normativa di nuova emissione ed il relativo impatto a livello di strategie, processi e procedure;
  • Verificare che i processi, le procedure, i prodotti ed i servizi offerti siano conformi alle norme di etero e di auto-regolamentazione;
  • Assicurare che la realizzazione degli adeguamenti necessari in ottemperanza ai requisiti normativi avvenga nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite;
  • Effettuare controlli sistematici atti ad accertare il costante rispetto delle normative identificando le azioni correttive in caso di riscontro di anomalie;
  • Valutare ex ante la conformità dei processi, della normativa interna e delle procedure.
Requisiti
  • Background giuridico o finanziario;
  • 1/2 anni di esperienza in ambito compliance maturati all'interno di istituti di credito/società di consulenza o in studi legali attivi nel diritto bancario;
  • Conoscenza delle principali normative applicabili al settore bancario;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative;
  • Affidabilità, riservatezza e responsabilità.
