Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Store Manager to lead our digital sales channels strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital sales strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the Logistics department to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with German a plus
