Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Airport Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Alvest Equipment Services. Based in Roma, you will work with customers in Italy to maintain airport equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventive or corrective maintenance at customer sites and update/install options on equipment.
  • Detect the origin of a trouble, establish a diagnosis by following logical and methodological procedures.
  • Replace or repair defective parts and components and carry out tests and adjustments.
  • Enter all activities in our CMMS software to ensure optimum time tracking and feedback.
  • Be our customer's key contact in the field and our true ambassador.
Requirements
  • You have a maintenance diploma in agricultural machinery or construction, heavy goods vehicles or trucks, or equivalent experience.
  • You have technical knowledge: electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, automated systems.
  • You are familiar with problem analysis and resolution techniques and troubleshooting.
  • You are autonomous and rigorous, and you demonstrate initiative, responsiveness and organizational skills.
  • You have a good analytical mind, good synthesis skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional English is preferred (B2).
  • You are comfortable with computers and tablets.

Salary and Benefits
