As a Restoration Team Supervisor with Freedom Home Care LLC, you will play a critical role in leading our team of professionals in restoring properties affected by water and fire damage. Key Responsibilities
  1. Job Management: Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  2. Customer Communication: Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Team Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety procedures.
  4. Problem-Solving: Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers, and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details, and maintain accurate records of job progress and completion.
  6. Cost Management: Manage and control costs of production projects, ensuring that expenses are minimized and budgets are met.
  7. Asset Management: Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Requirements
  1. Effective Communication: Possess effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and team members.
  2. Experience and Certifications: Have experience in cleaning and restoration, with IICRC certifications preferred.
  3. Education: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Physical Demands: Be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to chemicals and physical demands.
