About the Role

Casa Brera is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our pre-opening team in Milan. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring the physical plant is well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce energy consumption and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to ensure the property meets Marriott International's high standards.
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance costs, ensuring the property operates within budget.
  • Ensure all employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A safety-first approach and a positive outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
