Job Description

We are seeking a talented intern to join our Central Supply Chain team in Parma, Italy. As a key player in the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a real-world project, developing and implementing the Vendor Portal, a platform aimed at digitalizing and improving our relationship with suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the completeness of information entered into the platform
  • Invite suppliers to use the platform and monitor their onboarding process
  • Train buyers on the correct use of the platform
  • Develop reporting KPIs and monitor the progress of the project
  • Coordinate updates with other business functions
  • Analyze problems and suggest solutions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Economics & Management, Agronomy, Food Science & Technology, or similar studies
  • Excellent academic background
  • Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively
