About The Hoxton in Florence

The Hoxton in Florence is a vibrant and stylish hotel that offers a unique hospitality experience. We are looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our team and help us launch this exciting new concept in the heart of Florence.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a local marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and attract new customers to The Hoxton in Florence.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and execute events and activations that showcase the hotel's unique features and amenities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and partners to promote the hotel and its brand.
  • Manage the hotel's social media presence and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Work closely with the sales and revenue teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.
  • Oversee the guest experience, ensuring that every touchpoint is on-brand and delivering personal and innovative experiences.
  • Manage the local marketing and graphic design budgets, working with the GM to plan, track, and manage all spend.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and brand management, with a focus on hospitality or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing and brand awareness.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of the Italian market and culture.
