Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX Italy s.r.l. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMware and Lenovo solutions, with excellent technical expertise and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and configure vendor solutions that meet customer requirements, including defining Bills of Materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Utilize internal and vendor tools to generate accurate Bills of Materials on a timely basis for resellers and other sales teams.
  • Own and manage assigned Request Manager resolver groups.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and issues.
  • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Handle product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
  • Understand and apply vendor promotions.
  • Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors.
  • Work towards achieving required technical knowledge in product or technology groups and vendor-related accreditations.
  • Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to enhance sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
  • Opportunity to deliver basic post-sales implementation services.
  • Develop product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor/business expectations.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and native Italian language skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
  • IT industry knowledge, including Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User, is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Existing knowledge of product and technology portfolio is desirable but not mandatory.
