Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Office Agent to join our team at Caruso, a Belmond hotel. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Create memorable experiences for guests by anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Coordinate guest services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in service levels.
  • Anticipate and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information and make recommendations to guests on hotel services and venues.
  • Handle reservation inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the team with concierge emails, PBX, and chat.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues.
  • Detailed and guest-focused in all interactions.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels.
  • PREFERRED knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.
