About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps System Engineer to join our team at Gyala. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and configuration of virtualized and cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and configuration of virtualized and cloud infrastructures
  • Automate software distribution, management, and monitoring processes
  • Configure and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools
  • Maintain and monitor the production environment to ensure system availability and security
  • Solve operational problems and help implement preventive solutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure an efficient and collaborative development environment
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system principles
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker
  • Interest in DevOps practices and the collaborative culture between developers and system administrators
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using continuous integration tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
  • Knowledge of scripting with languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
